MARSHALL F. MOLL JR., ESQ.
Marshall F. Moll Jr. has a diverse background incorporating multiple disciplines, however with a solid base comprised of both legal and business experience. Marshall has approximately 10 years of management experience, acting as a senior manager and team leader for a national retailer. Marshall's management background provided excellent growth and training in leadership, and even more importantly he developed his unique ability to understand and relate to a variety of individuals and their needs..
Marshall graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville Florida in 2004. While attending law school Marshall enjoyed serving as a two term Senator for the SBA, a member of the RNLA, and as a member in the HALSA organization. He also had an internship with the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA) working on simple as well as complex consumer credit litigation.
After law school Marshall added the additional business knowledge by working for Morgan Stanley Bank on a one year contract. While Morgan Stanley provided exceptional experience and growth in finance and business, Marshall was destined for a career in law and joined the State Attorney Office here in the First Circuit. While at the State Attorney, Marshall worked his way through the Misdemeanor Division prosecuting approximately 2500 cases and numerous Judge and Jury trials. Marshall was then promoted to the position of Felony prosecutor and managed a full caseload as well a prosecutions for Felony violations of probation. During his 18 months as a Felony prosecutor he prosecuted some of the most serious and publicized cases in Okaloosa County.
Experience with the Judges as well as his relationships with attorneys throughout the First Circuit are the bedrock to his successful results no matter what challenges are involved with any particular case. At Ledbetter and Associates, Marshall uses his strong relationships to represent clients in a wide array of legal matters from criminal defense, to family law matter and other civil actions acting as both plaintiff and defense counsel. His diligence to the unique matters involved with each client's case and the relationships he forms with each client are what set Marshall apart.
Marshall was born and raised here in Florida as a second generation Floridian. While Marshall has lived in just about every part of his home State, he finally found his "home" when he moved to the Emerald Coast.
Marshall thoroughly enjoys softball and golf, but his first love still revolves around football season. Marshall also holds a M.B.A degree from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelors degree from Clayton State University.

JOHN N.C. LEDBETTER, ESQ.

John N.C. Ledbetter graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 1982.
As a prosecutor in Jacksonville, Florida, during the 1980's Ledbetter progressed from a county court assistant state attorney trying DUIs and domestic battery cases, to juvenile court and then to circuit court trying trafficking, armed robbery and other serious crimes. Ledbetter was appointed to the sexual battery division where he prosecuted crimes against children and other rape cases. Ledbetter's next assignment was felony division chief in charge of supervising all of the felony attorneys and investigators in his division (one of five full time criminal circuit courts in Jacksonville). In this role he handled high-profile cases including first degree murder, capital sexual battery and arson. He has tried approximately 100 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials.
Ledbetter moved on to private practice and developed a general practice including insurance defense, personal injury, as well as family law and criminal defense.
Ledbetter moved to Destin in 1995 and after a short sabatical in journalism, where he was an award winning reporter and columnist for the Destin Log, as well as a former Excellence in Craft Award winner from the Florida Outdoor Writers Association, he worked with Matthews and Hawkins P.A. before starting Ledbetter and Associates, P.L.
Ledbetter is a third generation Floridian who grew up in Tampa, before moving with his family to Ohio where he graduated from Centerville High School. He attended college at Indiana University and the University of South Florida before attending law school at Florida State.
Ledbetter is married with three children and loves boating, fishing and golf.
